Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more
information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All
returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and
labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at justin@modcowheels.com to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA
number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the Return
Merchandise Authorization number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly
recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will
process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the
receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email
when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below
to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.
• ModCo Wheels does not offer store credit or gift cards on any/all returns.
• Note: An RMA (Return Merchandise Number) must be given to you by a
customer service representative from ModCo Wheels before returning
any/all exchanges.
• All returned product(s) must be new in the box, un-mounted (no exceptions)
and returned in the original packaging.
• For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and
return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product(s) was shipped
incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your product(s).
We highly recommend that you ensure the packages with the shipper and
retain tracking numbers of your return for your records.
• No refunds will be given on product(s) returned 60 days after the original
purchase date.
• If you are returning an item after the initial 30 days, but within 60 days after
the original date of purchase, you may exchange the product(s) for a similar
item(s) of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the
difference in cost). All product(s) must be new in the box, un-mounted (no
exceptions) and returned in the original packaging. Original and return
shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped
incorrectly.

to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must accompany all
product(s) being returned on the shipping labels.
